Yakov Smirnoff wishes you a Happy Groundhog Day!

It’s a new Groundhog Day season, and we’ve got some more celebrity Cameos to share with you.

First up is a message from popular comedian Yakov Smirnoff. Smirnoff achieved great fame, and great success, in the 1980s, appearing in TV shows, major motion pictures, and commercials. Yakov, who was born in the Soviet Union before immigrating to the United States, often joked about the differences between life under a communist regime and life in a free country. He popularized the “Russian reversal” type joke, humorously quipping that “In America, there’s plenty of light beer, and you can always find a party. In Russia, Party always finds you!”

In the video Mr. Smirnoff wishes you all a “Happy Groundhog Day,” tells a joke, and punctuates it with his famous “What a country!” catchphrase and laugh.
