“It’s Springtime for Phantastic Phyllis” is one of the Phantastic Phil statues that can be found around town in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. It’s located outside of the Punxsutawney McDonalds and even has a box of french fries in one of its paws.

“It’s Springtime for Phantastic Phyllis” was created by artist Sheila Cuellar-Shaffer and sponsored by the owner of the McDonaldsGene Puskash.
