Yesterday I said that the first Groundhog Day celebration was held in 1887 in Punxsutawney, but now I’m seeing a lot of sources saying that it was actually 1886 but that his prediction wasn’t recorded anywhere. I know some people might think it’s too early to be counting down to Groundhog Day, but to that I say: it’s NEVER too early to count down to Groundhog Day. You should start counting down to the next Groundhog Day on February 3rd every year. I know there are a few other holidays in between now and February 2nd, but does anyone really care about Black Friday and Boxing Day anyway? […]
