“Philatelic” Phantastic Phil

This is the Phantastic Phil named “Philatelic” in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. According to the Punxsutawney Chamber of Commerce, this Phantastic Phil was sponsored by the employees of the Punxsutawney Post Office and named after the the collection and study of postage stamps which is called “philately.”
