5. The Groundhog Day ceremony is shown several times throughout the movie.
6. There’s a groundhog in the movie, who is arguably one of the top 5 main characters in the film.
7. A groundhog drives a car in the movie.
8. A groundhog wrote the script for the film.
9. “Bill Murray” is really just 5 groundhogs in a Bill Murray suit doing a Bill Murray impression.
10. Did I mention the movie is called Groundhog Day?

For these reasons, and so many more, Groundhog Day is, without a doubt, a Groundhog Day movie. There really can be no question about it. Debate over.
