The fifth Phantastic Phil, East End Phil, can be found at the East End Josh Smith Memorial Playground, in Punxsutawney.

This Phil was originally called It’s a WonderPhil World and was located at Patsy’s Park on Church Street. It was redesigned as East End Phil and painted by Elizabeth Smith, a relative of Josh Smith, who the playground is dedicated to. Josh Smith passed away shortly after his high school graduation in 2016, and the playground was constructed a year later in his memory.

The statue has a number of images painted on it, including a skateboard that says “You only live once”, butterflies, a monkey, and flowers.
You can visit East End Phil at 307 Elk Street.
