Looks like we’re in for a LONG winter
Sadly, Groundhog Day 2026 has come and gone.
Although there are still a few more Groundhog Day events to come this weekend, most of the predictions have come in, and it, unfortunately, looks like we’re in for a long winter.
Right now we have located 107 predictions for the Groundhog Day 2026 season. 56 (52.34%) are for a long winter, and 51 (47.66%) are for an early spring.
It’s a slight lead, and there are definitely still a few more Groundhog Day events to come this weekend, but it feels correct, based on the weather we’ve been experiencing.
