Potato and Yam

Potato (a.k.a Tater) and Yam (a.k.a Yammy) are groundhog ambassadors at Chimney Rock State Park in Chimney Rock, North Carolina, who provided a Groundhog Day prediction together in 2024.

Tater and Yam's prediction was based on whether they saw their shadows or not when they emerged on Groundhog Day.

Potato and Yam took over for Pumpkin, who passed away in 2023.

In 2025, Tater provided a solo prediction.
