Quigley was a groundhog who provided a Groundhog Day forecast at the Quogue Fire Department in Quogue, New York, from 2018 to 2021.

If Quigley saw his shadow during his annual appearance, there would be a long winter. If Quigley did not see his shadow, there would be an early spring.

Hot chocolate, coffee, and pastries were served after the ceremony.

Quigley was renamed Sam Champion in 2023, and continued providing Groundhog Day forecasts under that name.
