Ms. Prickle Pants

Ms. Prickle Pants was a hedgehog at Cape May County Park & Zoo, in Cape May County, New Jersey, who provided several Groundhog Day (or Hedgehog Day) predictions in the late 2010s and early 2020s.

On Hedgehog Day, if Ms. Prickle Pants emerged from her burrow and saw her shadow, that would indicate a long winter. If she didn't see her shadow, there would be an early spring.
