Warkworth Wilma

Warkworth Wilma is a stuffed plush whistle-pig (groundhog) who provided several Groundhog Day predictions behind the Warkworth Public Library in Warkworth, Ontario, in the early 2020s.

If Wilma saw her shadow, there would be a long winter. If Wilma did not see her shadow, there would be an early spring. Her prediction was conveyed to the assembled crowd by the mayor.

During Wilma's festivities there were usually stories, crafts, and live music.
