That Dog Named Gidget is a Havanese dog who provided her first Groundhog Day prediction at the Sullivan County Historical Society & Museum in Hurleyville, New York, on February 1st, 2026.

Gidget was presented with two bowls, one containing a scroll that said there would be a long winter, and the other, a scroll that said there would be an early spring. Whichever bowl she chose first indicated her prediction for the remainder of the season.
