Pisgah Piper

The town of Brevard, North Carolina celebrates February 2nd as White Squirrel Day and gathers to hear the prediction of a white squirrel named Pisgah Piper. Pisgah Piper is taking over from her aunt Pisgah Penny (who passed away in 2024) who took over from her uncle Pisgah Pete. Pisgah Piper not only predicts whether there will be more winter or an early spring, but also the winner of the Super Bowl.
