Pisgah Piper

The town of Brevard, North Carolina, celebrates February 2nd as White Squirrel Day, and, since 2025, has gathered to hear the prediction of a white squirrel named Pisgah Piper.

Pisgah Piper not only predicts the weather, but also the winner of the Super Bowl, by choosing from cards that are placed in her cage, which have the choices printed on them.

Pisgah Piper is sight-impaired.

Pisgah Piper took over from her aunt Pisgah Penny (who passed away in 2024) who took over from her uncle Pisgah Pete.
